This policy explains how Hutcheson Labs LLC ("we") handles information for the Knownstone website and services.
This website
This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts and sets no cookies. Fonts are served from this site, not a third party. The request form runs entirely in your browser: nothing you type is sent to us or stored by the page. You choose whether to email us. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operations.
Information you send us
When you email us, book a call or buy a service, we receive your name, email address, company, website and anything else you include. We use it to respond, schedule calls, deliver and invoice the services, and keep business records. We bill by invoice, paid by bank wire or ACH; we don't take card payments online, and we keep only the payment records needed for accounting.
Service data
To deliver services we send questions to AI engines and fetch public web pages, using third-party data providers. We analyze the results with AI tools. We don't put your confidential information into AI engine queries unless you ask us to.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (email, banking, hosting, data collection), when required by law, or with your permission.
Retention and your choices
We keep client records as long as needed for the services and legal or tax obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by email.
